40 YEARS OF PRESERVATION ADVOCACY!
Happy fortieth birthday to us! The Washington Trust incorporated in 1976 following a foundational meeting in Port Townsend of a group of like-minded, committed volunteers from around the state. Throughout 2016, we will celebrate our accomplishments and commemorate the work of many others that have supported us over the decades. Watch for vignettes throughout the year featuring highlights from every county in the state, and sign up for our special weekly e-newsletter

Then and now, the Trust has been a statewide advocate for the preservation and re-use of Washington’s exceptionally rich and diverse cultural resources. Whether you are new to the organization or have been active for decades, thank you for standing with us to document and preserve our architectural and archaeological legacy. Continuous stewardship is needed to protect that irreplaceable legacy for future generations – we appreciate and look forward to your ongoing participation and support.
Please consider making a special gift
