Join the Washington Trust

You can become a member of the Washington Trust for as little as $25 a year for seniors and students, or $50 a year for individuals.  If you believe that our state’s historic and cultural heritage deserves to be preserved and that priceless landmarks should be protected from demolition, you need to become part of the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation.

Through your membership, you help us promote the use of Washington’s historic places, provide technical assistance to individuals statewide who are trying to save threatened landmarks, advocate, and offer education programs.

You can also give a gift membership at any level of membership for that special someone who has everything.  Gift memberships are a fun and easy way to spread the word of the Washington Trust’s work to safeguard Washington’s historic places through advocacy, education, stewardship and collaboration.

Membership Benefits

  • The opportunity to be a part of the preservation of Washington’s historic resources

  • Advance notice, invitations, and discounts to Washington Trust events and programs around the state, including a special invitation to our “Holiday Open House” event held at Seattle’s historic Stimson-Green Mansion.

  • Quarterly issues of the Trust News – your guide to preservation in Washington State.

  • A tax deduction – the Washington Trust is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Preservation Circle

Members who donate $1,000 or more annually become members of the Washington Trust's Preservation Circle, recognizing the leadership giving of our most committed members.

Members at the Preservation Circle level are entitled to preferred membership benefits, including invitations to exclusive events and tours at unique historic properties, as well as additional recognition opportunities.  Preservation Circle members have toured the little-seen historic Japanese baths at Seattle's Panama Hotel and tasted fine wine at one of Washington's only Frank Lloyd Wright houses.  Contact us to join our Preservation Circle today!
